Product Description：
Sintered plate is a rigid filter plate made by sintering polyethylene powder into a matrix and coating PTFE on its surface. Also called "plastic sintered plate dust collector" (all-plastic material), it has high strength/wear resistance, stable filtration resistance for steady production.
Its filter element (sintered plate) is made by molding/sintering polymer powders + special binders into a porous base, then filling pores with ultra-fine (≤1-2μm) dust-trapping material via special spraying. It delivers high dust removal efficiency (emission: 3-5mg), long service life (8-10 years), and compact size (1/3 of baghouse).
 

Basic Product Structure：

  1. Main body: Steel frame, casing, hopper.
  2. Sintered plate: PTFE composite, high-temperature sintered.
  3. Air ducts (inlet/outlet): Balanced airflow, easy maintenance.
  4. Air pipeline + air tank: Meet compressed air needs.
  5. Ash cleaning system: Sealed solenoid valves (dust/moisture-proof, low failure).
  6. Auto backwash system: PLC-controlled (differential pressure-based, no manual maintenance).
