Product Description: Ceramic steel pipes are composite pipes formed by organically combining ceramics and metals. They are widely used for conveying power plant pulverized coal, ash slag, mine ore powder, tailings, backfill, coal from coal mines and concentrators, coke particles from coking plants, materials from sintering plants, etc. Their service life is more than 15 times that of ordinary steel pipes. They can also be used for conveying aluminum liquid and corrosive media.
Product Features:
Ultra-high wear resistance: Made of alumina ceramic with a Mohs hardness of ≥9 (only lower than diamond), its wear resistance is 10-20 times that of ordinary steel plates. It can resist material scouring and impact for a long time, significantly extending the service life of equipment.
Strong corrosion resistance: Resistant to acid, alkali, and high/low temperatures (-50℃~800℃), it does not react with corrosive media such as cinder, ore powder, and chemical raw materials, making it suitable for harsh working conditions in power plants, mines, chemical industry, etc.
Low friction and low energy consumption: With a smooth surface (roughness Ra≤0.8μm), it reduces material conveying resistance, lowers equipment operating energy consumption, and minimizes material blockage and adhesion issues.
Stable and easy to install: Supports multiple installation methods such as pasting, welding, and bolt fixing. It fits tightly to the inner wall of equipment (e.g., chutes, pipes, silos), is not easy to fall off, and features high installation efficiency.
