Product Description: Aerosol dust removers fix the flaws of traditional spray-type ones (large size, low efficiency, high water use) and boost dust removal effect. It uses gravity settling and mist suppression: liquid and gas mix at nozzles under pressure to spray 1μm-10μm tiny droplets. These droplets adsorb airborne dust, which aggregates and settles. The system allows atomization adjustment via gas/liquid pressure to get ideal flow ratio and ultra-fine droplets.
Product Features:
1.Excellent atomization effect: The water particles generated by aerosol dust removal have a diameter of 1μm-10μm, only 1/10 of those from ordinary water mist dust removal. They can more easily combine with dust molecules in the air, achieving efficient dust suppression.
2.Good water-saving performance: By fully atomizing water, the water spray volume of aerosol dust removal is only 1/8 of that of ordinary water mist dust removal. It not only removes dust effectively but also prevents coal from being over-wetted, which would otherwise cause blockages in coal chutes.
3.Less prone to pipe blockage: Aiming at the problem that secondary recycled water (commonly used in power plants and ports) contains impurities that can easily block pipes, nozzles, and solenoid valves, the system is equipped with a three-stage filtration. It also uses program-controlled high-pressure airflow to flush pipes regularly, effectively preventing blockages and avoiding water freezing inside the pipes.
4.Good pressure adjustability: The system is configured with a booster water pump, an air pump, and liquid and gas pressure regulating valves installed on the pipes. This allows convenient adjustment of water and gas pressure, thereby precisely controlling the spray effect.
