Product Description: The system utilizes a 2D high-frequency laser scanner to perform high-frequency cross-sectional scanning of the coal yard surface, obtaining high-density cross-sectional data. Combined with the material yard length data from the stroke measuring device and the scanner deflection angle data from the return measuring device, it realizes material yard volume calculation and 3D model display of the material yard. The measurement results and graphics can be printed out in the form of reports, forming a brand-new measurement method.

1.Fully automated operation: After presetting parameters, it automatically performs scanning, modeling and quantity calculation with unattended operation, reducing labor by 80%. Data is automatically generated into reports without secondary accounting.
2.High-precision measurement: Laser scanning accuracy of ±3mm (@10m), volume error ≤1%, capable of building 3D models that clearly display the shape of coal piles and supporting layered calculation.
