The micrometer level dry mist dust suppression device is driven by compressed air to create a sonic oscillator. Through the sound explosion of high-frequency sound waves, water is highly atomized at the resonance chamber of the nozzle, producing fine water mist particles below 10 μ m (mist with a diameter below 10 μ m is called dry mist) that are sprayed towards the dust source. The water mist particles collide, bond, and aggregate with the dust particles, and settle under their own gravity to achieve dust suppression.
